Fit For Action – Ice hockey

On Wednesday 14th February the Fit For Action group went to the Wr. Neustadt ice-rink to try out ice hockey. They soon discovered that it’s not at all as easy as it looks, but nevertheless did very well and thoroughly enjoyed their time on the ice.
