BJHS Orienteering Championship

On Friday 4th May all the school’s pupils took part in the School Orienteering Championship. Held within the grounds of the Bilingual Junior High School and the Europaschule, there were a total of 21 control points, which could be run to in any order within a 25 minute time limit. Points were awarded for each control point reached and points deducted if the time limit was exceeded. While quite a number of teams managed to achieve the total of 350 points, the overall champions were Felix Ruttner (3e) and Melanie Kral (4e).
Many Thanks to Gottfried Tobler and his team for the excellent organisation of this event!
