Mr. Pirringer had a gig in Salzburg’s Red Bull headquarters, “Hanger-7”. All of a sudden someone tapped on his shoulder in the backstage area. What a nice surprise! It was our graduate Markus Olzinger (class teacher Maria Wittmann).
His career: after 4 years of Bilingual Junior High School Markus graduated from the “Hotelfachschule” in Semmering. After finishing his military service, he immediately moved to Salzburg to start at the Red Bull HQ. Today Markus is the assistant director of the main restaurant “Ikarus“ located in the “Hanger-7”!
